Mutton Biryani Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice 4 cups
  • Mutton Killo
  • Onions 6
  • Ghee
  • Lavangi 4
  • Dalchini 4
  • Tej Pata 4
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 spoon
  • Curd 2 spoons
  • Oil
  • Green Chili 5
  • Biryani Powder 3 spoon
  • Everest Mutton Masala 3 spoon
  • Garam Masala 2 spoon
  • Salt 2 spoons
  • Danya Powder 1 spoon
  • Jeera Powder 1 spoon
  • Masala 4 spoons
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 spoon


Step 1

First Take A Mutton Powder In A Bowl. Add A 2 Spoons Curd, 1 Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste, 3 Spoons Biryani Powder, 3 Spoons Everest Mutton Masala , 2 Spoons Garam Masala, 2 Spoons Salt, 1 spoon Danya Powder, 1 Spoon Jeera Powder, 4 Spoons Of Masala, 1/2 spoon Turmeric Powder, Oil 2 Spoons All Mix It Well and Marinate For 10 Minutes.

Step 2

Take A Bowl And 4 Cups Of Basmatic Rice

Step 3

Wash The Rice Properly And Remove The Water From The Rice Dry The Rice Upto 10 Mintues.

Step 4

Take Pressure Cooker And Add 5 Spoons Of Oil And Ghee

Step 5

Now Add a 4 lavangi, 4 Dalachini, 4 Tej Pata, 6 Sliced Onions , 5 Green Chillies, Fry It Well Untill Golden Brown Comes.

Step 6

Now Add A Marinated Mutton And Fry Them In A Normal Flame.

Step 7

Add a 4 cups Of Basmatic Rice and 8 cups Of Water

Step 8

Now Add 2 spoons Of Biryani Powder, 2 Spoons Everst Mutton Masala Powder, 2 Spoons Ghee, Salt Mix It Well.

Step 9

Now Close Pressure Cooker Lid Cook On A Normal Flame For 2 Whistles

Step 10

After 15 Min Open The Pressure Cooker

Step 11

Now Our Tasty Mutton Biryani Is Ready To Serve
